Overview

Controlled discharge,
measured to the Ah.

A DC load bank draws a controlled current from a DC source so its true capacity and condition can be measured. For battery banks this means a timed discharge test that verifies real ampere-hour capacity against specification — the only reliable way to know a critical battery will hold up when mains is lost.

The DC-Series operates in constant-current, constant-power or constant-resistance modes across a wide voltage window, from 24 V telecom and switchgear-tripping batteries to 1000 V traction and BESS systems, with string monitoring and automatic test termination on a low-voltage threshold.
